Graphic design is the application of art and communication skills for commercial purposes. The course centers on visual communication and problem-solving utilizing a variety of media and approaches to commercial art, including computer-based digital and handmade methods of art making.  Projects may include the design of logos, advertisements, t-shirts, and websites, and other print and digital media. This course serves as a bridge to AP Pathway: 2-D Design (317).
