This course will prepare students for AP 2-D Art & Design by developing complex techniques and concepts related to photography, graphic design, illustration, and digital arts. To better prepare students for the demands of Advanced Placement, students will need to work independently and outside of class. Students will begin to create artworks for inclusion in an AP 2-D Art & Design portfolio. This course serves as a bridge to Advanced Placement Studio Art: 2-D Design (417).
